Project "Diversi alla Pari"

Over the last few decades, the perception of disability has taken major steps forward.

The cultural shift from a view based on limitation to the definition of “differently abled” expresses a profound truth: every individual has unique abilities and capacities, capable of bringing value to others and to society as a whole.

Project "WorkAut"

The WorkAut Project (Work and Autism) is an experimental initiative promoted in the Lombardy Region – with a focus on the Province of Cremona – created to transform job inclusion from a legal obligation into a real opportunity for growth.

Funded by the Regional Fund for the employment of people with disabilities, the project is aimed at young adults (aged 16 to 29) diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, accompanying them toward real professional autonomy.
